1.	More than 90% of volume or days	No refund. Just cancellation of service applicable.
2.	Less than 90% of volume or days.	If in bulk you pay 1500 per month and you ask for refund after 1 month your money will be deducted according to 2000. And Both training charge and setup box charge will be deducted.

In Refund Policy If you have got 6 months recharge done together and its amount is 9000, then every month recharge amount is 1500. And the one month plan is of 2000. If after 1 month you ask for refund, then your money will be deducted according to 2000 not 1500. And with this both your training charge and setup box charge will be deducted.
